A video won’t play

Lessons stream from YouTube, so they need a connection. If one still won’t play, tap Watch on YouTube under the player and let us know which lesson it was — we check every video regularly and replace any that stop working.

Restoring a subscription

On a new device, open Settings → Restore Purchases in the app while signed in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with.

Cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad to change or cancel. Refunds are Apple’s to give: reportaproblem.apple.com.

The coach got something wrong

Tell it in the same conversation — it remembers what you said earlier — or email us with what you asked.

Deleting your data

Your progress lives on your device and in your own iCloud. Deleting the app deletes it; there is no account to close. See the privacy policy for what leaves your device.
